Upon receiving an order we will carefully pick and select your flowers, then wash and soak them in water to hydrate them for shipping. For optimal care in shipping, flowers do not come prearranged. Gift boxes are lined with decorative cellophane, each flower is carefully sleeved and wrapped in colorful tissue paper. We include instructions, a gift card, and pictures of sample arrangements. All prices include winter wrap insulation during the cold winter months.

All transactions are secured with SSL protocol. Using SSL encrypts your information so that the card details and all other sensitive data is protected.  Your information is never stored or shared.

All flowers are packed for shipping within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.  All orders are shipped  FedEx 2 Day or Standard Overnight.
