Shipping

Your flowers arrive two days from leaving our farm!

• We ship flowers Monday -Thursday
  (FedEx is closed in Hawaii over the weekend)

• We do not take responsibility for flower orders that are left without a signature.  And we do not recommend this option during extreme hot (above 75 degrees) or cold (below 55 degrees) temperatures.  Keep in mind if you require a signature for delivery, someone must be present to sign for the flowers or there could be a delivery delay.

• Shipments to California and Arizona could face delays due to Dept. of Agricultural inspections.  Allow an extra day for deliveries to these areas. Some flowers are restricted in these areas and will be substituted with flowers that are of equal or greater value, please e-mail if you have any questions.

• Fed express offers Saturday deliveries to most major U.S. Cities and charges an additional $15 for this option.  Saturday delivery is not available within the state of California. 

• Tracking numbers are available by request, you can email or call.

Ordering

Online ordering is secure and easy!

• 24-48 hours is required to process your order before it is shipped to its destination.  Advance orders are greatly appreciated.

• All flower orders will arrive at their destination 2 days after leaving our farm, some orders will arrive overnight but this option is only available on the West Coast and is not guaranteed.

• We will contact you if there are any changes we need to make regarding the delivery date selected on your order form- due to weather, holidays, minimum order time, etc. Remember your selected delivery date is preferred -not guaranteed.

• Please be accurate while entering the recipient’s shipping address and double-check the information. All address corrections or changes after the flowers are shipped will result in an additional $10 charge.  This charge may be applied to your credit card, up to 30 days after the delivery of your order, or as we receive billing from the shipping company.
